Swandala is a one-woman tattoo company with a great love for dotwork, mandalas, floral- and natural patterns, marine life and pretty much everything related to nature.
To me tattooing is a way of emphasizing beauty in each human being.
Dotwork is my love and specialty. This technique is one of the oldest tattoo techniques. The somewhat softer look appeals most to me, yet black and dark pieces can be achieved using this dotting technique as well.
Dotting or stippling may take a bit more time than a regular tattoo, at the same time it comes with a slightly meditative feeling.
I use both coil and rotary machines, depending on the required style and your type of skin I decide which will work best.
Sometimes I use no machine at all, which is known as 'handpoking'. In the next few years I like to perfect this machinefree dotwork technique as well.
Every tattoo design will be drawn just for you, to make sure you wear a unique, exclusive tattoo that fits you right.
After an intake appointment where we can get to know each other and I hear your wishes and likes, I will make an appointment with you to come see the design. Whenever this meets your expectations we'll set an appointment for the actual tattoo.
Never will I reuse your tattooed design on someone else.
